FAQ

How Do I Place An Order?

1. Sign in and register to my site bebeluvcreations.com

2. Choose which item you like, indicate if you have preference size and color. If it says, "One size fits all". Size is not necessary to indicate. You can choose your favorite color and leave me a message if that would be available. Different yarns being used have different colors availability.

3. Confirm payment and choose your payment method.

4. Fill out your shipping details correctly so it won't be misplaced or lost.

5. Add coupon if there's any.

Payment & Shipping

PAYMENT:

Please submit all payments through Paypal on this site.

Payment is due within two business days from the date of purchase if using credit card or the item will be re-listed.

SHIPPING:

Items within the United States are shipped through USPS first class parcel with tracking number. Unless otherwise noted, items will be shipped within 15 business days of receiving cleared payment. Business days are Monday-Friday and do not include Weekends or Holidays. Insurance is not included in the shipping price listed.

I am happy to ship outside of the United States, packages are shipped through USPS, via First Class Mail. Delivery confirmation and tracking is not available on International orders. Please be aware that customs policies vary from country to country. I have no control over extra fees that may be charged such as import taxes or other customs fees. These said fees are the responsibility of the recipient, as I have no way of predicting what these fees may be. Additional customs clearance procedures may be required, causing additional delivery delays beyond my control.

Returns & Refunds

Items will be packaged securely however, if you do not receive your package or, it is received damaged please contact me as soon as possible. I will be glad to exchange your item for a like item of equal price.

I want you to be happy with your purchase. But, I understand not all sizes and styles work for everyone. If you are dissatisfied in the overall appearance and fit, or feel I have misrepresented the item in anyway, please contact me ASAP. I will gladly accept a return or exchange within 7 days from the date of delivery.

Refunds and exchanges will be issued upon receipt of the returned item in its original condition. Only the cost of the item will be refunded. The buyer is responsible for all shipping costs associated with a return or exchange.

I try to describe my items as accurately as possible. Please note colors may vary due to differences in computer monitor and camera projections.

Please read all measurements I have listed to make sure of proper fit before ordering. Include exact measurements for best fit.

We do not accept cash, personal checks, traveler's check, CODs and Layaway plan on this site.

Important information about payment:

* For your protection, your billing name and address must match the credit card used for payment. We reserve the right to deny any order that does not match these criteria.

* We are only able to accept credit cards drawn on a U.S. bank.
